I got a mail box here when I got stationed on Camp Lejeune in early April 2025, and I been buying a lot of stuff online! The Staff is super friendly, helpful, and genuine! I come in atleast once a month to pick up my packages and I always look forward to seeing Everyone! Mrs.Tracey is one of my favorite people and she makes me smile when I walk in. I’ve never had an issue with a missing package or mail in all the time I’ve had my mailbox here. They keep it secured. 10/10 recommend!
We’ve been coming here for months. Tracey, Larry and all other staff are so pleasant to work with and are always willing to help! Highly recommend coming here for any shipping needs!
Ms. Tracey was soooo amazing! She was very friendly, down to earth, very sweet and extremely helpful. Everytime I am dropping packages off, she always makes me feel good when I walk in. Thanks Ms.Tracey for always brightening my day when I walk through the door.

By far this is the worst experience of customer service that I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Very rude and disrespectful. I went in to have a package mailed off. No welcome into the store no hello no hey how are you doing which this was the second time in a row that this has happened but this time around was way different.
