The staff gave me incorrect information about how to handle my return. I was told it was fine to put two items with different return labels in the same box as long as they were going back to the same company. When I called the next day to double-check, the person I spoke with was rude and not helpful at all, and didn’t take any responsibility for the bad information I’d been given. This place is a little gem and I don't believe the negative reviews to be warranted. It's literally the best smelling place to walk into. They greet you and are willing to help with your needs. I use them for emergency drop-offs and their location is convenient coming from Ramsey Road.

Since you came here in 2022 it has been amazing. The community needed you here in the first place we used to have to drive all the way across town now we just come down to the end of the corner. They are so kind, always meet my needs. Easy to work with accommodating. I’ve been here 200 times and always have a wonderful things to say about this place and your workers. Tracy was very helpful , I needed a box for books and she cut the sides down so that I wouldn't have to pay for empty space in a box. I had to fax paperwork also because Staples fax machine didn't work even though I had the correct fax number.
