Very nice and helpful employees
Had the best experience today at postal annex near Carolina Forest. The lady helping me was AMAZING. Even though the computer systems kept going down she managed to keep a calm and pleasant attitude. She helped me get a package to my sister in FL before this hurricane hits. The gentleman working with her was also super helpful as well. Over all an awesome experience def will go back.
This is a one stop shop. The gentleman that is always here is super nice and very efficient. The building is very nice inside as well.
Ms Tracy is absolutely fantastic. She has great customer service and is always so kind to work with. I enjoy coming to this location for the convenience and the staff is always very friendly.
I came in with three separate orders going to three separate addresses and the staff here is wonderful! They handled all my issues without any problems, recommended shipping containers to suit my price point and intention while also discussing shipping options/costs. If you're looking to ship FedEx, USPS, UPS, or otherwise, look no further!
