Stopped by this place to ship a package because it was listed as an authorized fedex dealer and the worker there “megan” was very rude. She was yelling at me from the moment I asked for help and acted like she couldn’t do anything for me. If I could give them negative stars I would 4 scheduled pickups and never picked up even though they said they did. When calling the annex here in town they could not tell me the closest drop off to my location to drop it off " I don't know I'm just a clerk" excuse me! If I had a swerved that at my job, I would have been let go so fast! Totally deplorable for a multi million dollars company

I would 0 stars if that is even possible. I had to pay $54 (REGULAR LETTER PAPER) for 27 pages printed and scanned. That is outrageous! I would have never utilized this place if I had known how much it was going to cost. Save your wallet and go anywhere but here.
