Writing this on behalf of my mother, did not and currently still not having a great experience here! My mother dropped off a package to send and paid extra for overnight shipping, the PostalAnnex placed the package slip on the wrong package so her package never arrived to its recipient. It has been a week now and when asking for updates on her lost package, they can not track it or give any indication when it will show up, have promised to call back and fail to do so and have not refunded the overnight shipping cost. If the owner only cares about or responds to the good reviews and doesn't acknowledge the issues, that's a problem. Don't know if it's the same owner as on Yopp Road but apparently if not they operate the same way. If you go in a Postal Annex in Jacksonville record everything they do with your stuff and what they tell you so you have a lawsuit like I do. Otherwise you'll regret it.

Always ship birthday and Christmas presents to family from here & have no issues so far! Been using them for roughly 2 years now (roughly 20 separate orders).
