Excellent, friendly, service. The fee for the service I required was exceptionally reasonable.
These one star reviews are hilarious, yall need some thicker skin. Owners are great people, they are straight forward and very helpful.
I almost didn't rent a box here because of the reviews. I find Diane to be very helpful and always checks to make sure I get everything when I come to pick up my mail and packages. She has a humor I find funny and I leave with a smile everytime.
Lady at front desk was rude and made snide remarks when dropping off a package. Seemed annoyed that I asked for a tracking receipt and that item be placed in freezer due to its contents. When I hadn't heard from the recipient in a week, I called and they confirmed the package was never received. Confirmed FedEx never received it. Called store and they still had the package over a week after I dropped it off. Package was supposed to be a two day mail due to contents.
