My wife and I are both disabled. My wife has multiple sclerosis. We both have very limited mobility. We arranged to have two packages delivered to them via courier. We had a previous arrangement that they would accept payment over the phone and send the packages. However, they refused to answer the phone and complete the transaction. I send packages to my college students probably at least once a month from here, and have for at least a couple of years. They are always (always) friendly, packages arrive safely, on time, all the things. 10/10 would recommend!
