Postal Annex, located at 6710 Virginia Pkwy in McKinney Tx is our “go to” for all of our packing and shipping services as well as Notary Services. We have been customers for over ten years due to the excellent customer service provided by the staff. The staff is knowledgeable, professional and friendly! Also, the location is very convenient to visit. I highly recommend Postal Annex of McKinney for all your Postal needs.
Extremely poor customer service.
I got my fingerprint cards done last week. I sent them off for processing and they were rejected and stated that fingerprints were not clear and that the machine was likely running out of ink. This is frustrating because it took a lot of time and money on my part to have these shipped only to be rejected. I did try calling the store but no one answered.
Appointment scheduled and TWIC is down. I drove an hour to get here and took off work early. An email letting me know it's been down since 8 am would be too much to ask for Im Guessing?
Went for fingerprints for a name change for my husband and Keith was an absolute angel for making the whole process smooth as possible!
