Went for fingerprints for a name change for my husband and Keith was an absolute angel for making the whole process smooth as possible!
Use a different company to get your psa checks done. The guy at the front desk is respectful and patient. The company its self is very bad and dodnt give any information at all to there customers. They wasted days of my time, my money, and my resources. This place needs to do better I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.
Drivers license machine has been broken for two weeks. TSAPrecheck allows for an option of Passport book expired within 12m - see below. Mine expired 11/2/25. Had a 12:30 appt, arrived early, let two people in front of me at my designated appt time only to be told they can’t do precheck because their DL machine won’t work. Then, blamed me saying it was because of my passport. It was their machine. Some people don’t have passports. I also brought my birth certificate as well.
