I was visiting when I did a little too much shopping so I decided to ship my stuff back home. I stopped in and was greeted by Cameron and I have to say he was one the best people to interact with. Customer service was impeccable and he helped me not only ship my stuff back home but I ended up getting new business cards made and shipped back home! Would 100% recommend them to my family and friends!

We live off the county road and our packages were being left out in the open on the county road by the mailbox hub. Very easy for anyone to come by and pick them up. We started having our packages delivered to Postal Annex as an alternative and we are so happy we did. They are great! Small packages, large parcels, lots of packages they receive them all. They are very accommodating and helpful. Even help me carry out to my car if I have too many for one trip.

The staff at this store is very helpful and friendly. I took both ladies and the man that I have dealt with have been happy that I'm there. I have switched to using this mailer from the UPS store where they are NOT friendly anymore since their move.

Tyler, the young attendant was extremely helpful! It was a government holiday so the (regular) USPS was closed and I couldn't use their overnight express envelope. Tyler helped me figure out a better cost-effective way and he was courteous and kind throughout the process. I will use this office again.
