Tyler, the young attendant was extremely helpful! It was a government holiday so the (regular) USPS was closed and I couldn't use their overnight express envelope. Tyler helped me figure out a better cost-effective way and he was courteous and kind throughout the process. I will use this office again.
Jana the owner is amazing and helpful! She went above and beyond and made a stressful situation (that had nothing to do with the postal annex and everything to do with me) much better.
Every time I come in here the entire team has been extremely helpful and they've never looked down on me when I feel dumb. I don't ship a lot of packages so it's hard for me to understand the know-how. They've been courteous when it's empty or busy, morning or late afternoon. They have a TON more options for packaging than govt post office and I love having choices. Even if it's busy, the line doesn't go out the door and everyone is seen as promptly as possible.
I live on W Hampson Drive in CDA over in CDA place. I literally watched my mail person deliver the mail down the street then drive right by my house this morning. I then get a message stating they attempted to deliver a package at my door at 10:36 this morning. Excuse me that lady didn't leave a flyer or stop by my house whatsoever. I also would have had it on my ring Camera. I don't like people who lie and pretend to do their job. Im gonna find out who the driver is and have words with them.
I've had a box here for almost 11 years. They've never lost anything, they're super helpful and nice. The current owner even added some gift shop stuff, super cool souvenirs and she carries a few really fun lines of greeting cards. She plays great music in there. They never missed a beat during covid. Locally owned business, honest, hard working, good people. I highly recommend this place.
