I have had a mailbox here for almost 8 years. I use their shipping services frequently and have never had an issue. The Chois are always so helpful and friendly…seriously good people and great owners!
Horrible experience. Ken is very rude. I just called and was curious about what happened to my package because USPS tracking still states "Shipping Label Created" He is the one that promised to close the box for me and put on the shipping label, although I insisted to buy the tape and do it myself.
