Showed up at 10:05 AM on a Saturday and their doors were closed with people waiting. Saw the other reviews and now I know why.
Great customer service with Katie !
Exceptional customer service! We needed to fax sensitive documents to an extremely busy line, and the store manager, Katie, ensured they were sent successfully and on time. During my visit, I observed how polite and respectful she was with every customer. Even those who weren't conducting business there were guided in the right direction. This Annex will definitely remain on our radar for all our future needs.
