Every visit has been perfect.
They refuse to give a receipt for USPS packages and tell you to go to post office instead. Lost a customer over a receipt.
I walked into the store and immediately felt like I was interrupting a private hangout. Both staff members were on their phones and took over two minutes to even acknowledge me. When they finally did, the interaction felt cold and uninterested. They charge $1 per page for printing. Seriously? For that kind of price, I’d expect at least basic customer service. Couldn’t wait to leave.
