They refuse to give a receipt for USPS packages and tell you to go to post office instead. Lost a customer over a receipt.
I walked into the store and immediately felt like I was interrupting a private hangout. Both staff members were on their phones and took over two minutes to even acknowledge me. When they finally did, the interaction felt cold and uninterested. They charge $1 per page for printing. Seriously? For that kind of price, I’d expect at least basic customer service. Couldn’t wait to leave.

Mailing or shipping anything here is overpriced. My daughter was charged $13 to mail a manilla envelope to an address in town. I feel like she got robbed lol. I really try to support small businesses in the area but the price gouging here is ridiculous. Never experienced this at any other Postal Annex locations
