Helpful, professional staff. I had an issue with a UHaul truck I rented in Idaho. When I went to return the truck in Danville, we realized the documentation was done incorrectly at the departure site and the mileage was way off (wrong truck). The owner called UHaul on my behalf and straightened it out quickly for me. Excellent service!!
I sent a package from your Danville location approximately two months ago. The package contained four boxes of jewelry: two gold necklaces, one gold bar, and one gold-and-leather bracelet. The worst service ever! The guy was smoking outside when I came, and the fact that I interrupted him looks like it maddened him a lot. And the price - colourful copy 0.75 cents per page!!! Seriously? Plus they took 2 dollars for labor cost. I have paid 19.18 USD for 20 color pages printed.
Shipped out a package with the postal annex. Ended up shipping back the product and received the product broken. Had nothing to do with the postal annex. It was a problem with the person shipping the package. Pinal helped me with the shipping and also with the claim. She was able to help issue me the refund from FedEx with the claim. Pinal was extremely helpful during the whole process. Thank you!
I shipped a fragile package that I properly wrapped and labeled as fragile and was notified 30min later that FedEx took it and then brought it back because it was leaking. I went in to inspect knowing FedEx broke it and the owner then threw the package on a shelf causing it to tumble, completely disregarding the fragile label. All the while yelling at me about packaging when I simply was asking her to send it to FedEx so I can file a claim with them. Totally unprofessional. Will never use them again.
