I am filing a police report of theft from the owner of this business. I dropped off a package of value Saturday 11 2025 @3:50 PM. I have photos of receipt and him taking my package.
Friendly. Very long wait. Failed to tell me there was a $30 fee for witness signatures on top of the $15 fee for notary. Not going back!
Not only are they unfriendly and rude and not competent on shipping processes. They also lost my package and provided zero help but the worst was ZERO apology. They ignored emails. They did not offer to refund the shipping or send me my insurance (that I paid for) details. They told me on the phone they would make this right just to get me off the phone then ignored emails and did nothing to actually help. Go to a real Post Office!!! I was charged double of what a real Post Office charges!!!@
I used this location for first time last friday and was a pleasant experience. My item was delivered in New York this morning and customer was satisfied. Will use them in future for sending out my items.
I have to say, Postal Annex in Batavia is great! Owner, Carole Wolff, goes above and beyond. She has created a wonderful addition to Batavia for small businesses. She offers full package service for FedEx, UPS, DHL and USPS. In addition, she offers PO box service that includes free fax. Not to mention those of you who need a physical delivery address for your business; I was paying a $120 a month just for that service alone.Oh, did I mention they also have Penske truck/van rental for those last minute p/u & deliveries. WORST EVER DO NOT USE...this store closed with no warning left people with out access to checks and medicine and didn't care, literally knew they were closing for good that day and did not tell people because they didn't want to deal with angry customers. Contacted the national company and got the "all franchises are independently owned and operated" crap, they basically said it sucks to be us. HORRIBLE DO NOT DO IT HORRIBLE!!!!!
