Not only is the language barrier an issue. The manager is incredibly rude. If you're unable to speak their language, they will cut you off without getting a straight answer and say "I have many customers" even if the store is empty.
The Guy is rude & speaks horrible English. Two times went there and both the times he told me to put the package on the floor without offering any receipt. I had to ask for that as packages contained PCs worth $1000 each. Everyone must ask for receipt. If possible go some other place and tell others to do so. He should not be in business.
The guy in charge takes forever, barely speaking english, he could easily be doing two things at once yet takes his time and always has a line!

Horrid! I dropped off a pre labeled 3 day UPS pkg and this guy sat on it for 2 days, I lost a customer because of it, NEVER AGAIN!
