This is the worse place of business I have ever been to in my life. The customer service is very poor and the employees are hostile as all get out... I am filing a complaint with UPS and requesting that my Access Point be moved. I have been there several times as I too am a business owner and have missed packages delivered to my home and left at this place and not once have they been pleasant.
