Terrible customer service skills – I went to Postal Plus because I had been there before. I always had been helped by the man that works there. He is quite pleasant and willing to answer questions. This last time I went I was helped by the woman, Denise, that also works there. She was rude, obnoxious and defensive. I will not go back again. It's not worth being spoken to in that manner when there are other places around to mail out packages that have much nicer employees.
