I tried to track a package that was delivered to post connection and gave the tracking number. Said they wasn’t responsible for the package and the sender sent the package to that post office because they gave me the address and number the package was sent to. He hangs up and I tried to call back and he wouldn’t answer. I wouldn’t recommend using that postal connection. They’re unprofessional and rude. They’re getting investigated by Frigidaire and I hope the manager sees this post. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Had to get more copies of my announcements for graduation and the two guys that helped were super sweet plus helpful making sure that I liked it during each step and made sure that it was perfect for me.

Don't waste your time or money. Go someplace else. Opened my mail w personal identification things in it. It sat there until someone finally called me, opened. They had it for a week. Owner would not talk to me. Employee was rude and mouthy. I Will.never.go.back. Or recommend to ANYBODY.

This place is a disaster. I ship 2000+ packages per year without a single incident. I've only used this place for 70ish shipments. In one month I had a USPS PM shipment get lost in their bldg for 23 days, and then eventually begin moving again and now I have a UPS shipment that has no scan after Postal Conn's Access Point scan, then nothing after 13 days.
