I recently had an issue with a FedEx package not being delivered. With much back and forth with trackings, emails, and phone calls, we were able to resolve the problem. Thank, Dwaine, for working with me with much kindness and respect.
I tried to track a package that was delivered to post connection and gave the tracking number. Said they wasn’t responsible for the package and the sender sent the package to that post office because they gave me the address and number the package was sent to. He hangs up and I tried to call back and he wouldn’t answer. I wouldn’t recommend using that postal connection. They’re unprofessional and rude. They’re getting investigated by Frigidaire and I hope the manager sees this post. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

This place is a disaster. I ship 2000+ packages per year without a single incident. I've only used this place for 70ish shipments. In one month I had a USPS PM shipment get lost in their bldg for 23 days, and then eventually begin moving again and now I have a UPS shipment that has no scan after Postal Conn's Access Point scan, then nothing after 13 days.
