FAIL! Your website clearly states 5:00 PM for UPS Ground pickup. I had a lot going on today (Tuesday July 29th 2025) and had to absolutely race to your store to meet the 5:00 PM pickup deadline. I pulled up at 4:57 PM and saw the UPS truck outside on the street. I was relieved I had made it in time. As my wife brought in the package the driver ran to his truck and got in.
