I had the opportunity to use the services of Postal Connections Verona, and I can say with confidence that it’s a place I would recommend without hesitation. The quality of their services, support, and personal attention is something I’ve never experienced anywhere else. The Verona community is very fortunate to have a business like this. Overall, the company does fine. They usually ship my packages without concern. Yet yesterday, I had an overnight package and even called in to confirm they could promise delivery to an overnight package. They said: “yes our ups driver arrives at 5pm” Guess what. My package was never scanned till 8:13pm last night Oct 24, 2025 and now it’s delayed. This is the mess I was trying to avoid.
