Friendly staff and fast service
Decent local place to go for shopping packages. They have been helpful over the years with boxing and mailing goods domestically and to Canada. Very helpful and friendly staff.
I always thought the employees here were super helpful and nice, which is why my last experience felt so disappointing. They had sent package with gifts for my grandparents to the wrong address in New York, and the owner did not apologize a single time. I spent all night calling around and eventually found the person my package had been mistakenly delivered to and managed to get in contact with them through their neighbor.
