I'm not sure why customers say the staff are the kindest people. I received the complete opposite treatment, unless I caught the employees on a bad day. Didn't get a greeting or a "How can I help you" and there was only 1 other person there besides me. I needed to buy 11 x 8 x 6 boxes for my business orders, which they did have, so I wanted to buy 3.
