I was upset with this company for throwing away my child's favorite toy after attempting to contact me. I learned that the phone number they were given was incorrect. The owner called to apologize and offered to purchase a replacement. I recommend this company and I was angry when I posted the previous review. Thank you for the apology and the new Arlo.
