I urgently needed to FedEx a passport to a friend in Hawaii. I was quoted a price of $157 for two day delivery. (I was expecting perhaps $40.) I probed about options, but that was all that met my needs. I thought it worthwhile to go to the FedEx store a few miles away...$10.95 for the same service! I returned to this Postal Connection. They were totally unapologetic and basically said "We charge as much as we can...the customer can decide". (Be careful of their notary charges as well.) It's the principle of the thing! Jim P.
