Very friendly and helpful. Hard to get in with wheelchair due to incline.
Stopped by after work to ship out some documents. I had stellar customer service from the employee - also assuming it was the owner. He took the time to walk me through the different rates each carrier offered while also giving me an idea of how each price point would affect the delivery days. He helped me make the most economical choice, he also double checked with me to ensure all addresses were entered correctly. He packages everything for me and it was ready to be sent out. Very pleasant and helpful experience. The man at the desk(Im assuming the owner) was patient and nice. I explained that FedEx failed to ship what I was trying to send and he helped me make sure that didn’t happen again
