I, like many of you, was in a rush when my POV blew an engine. I called these guys on Wednesday afternoon, drove 3 hours to meet them on Thursday and was back delivering mail on Friday! I purchased a Toyota Estima Lucida from this dealer last summer. I was in a rush to purchase a vehicle so I did not take the time to find a vehicle inspection service. I took the word of this company that this company thoroughly inspects these vehicles in Japan and once they arrive in the USA. I could tell after driving for five minutes that the vehicle had a driveability problem.
