Very nice people but they messed up. I did a Live Scan for a background check and never received the documents. The address was entered incorrectly. The application had the correct address but my license had my old address. They entered my old address. I asked them what I do if I don’t receive it and their follow up was poor and the owner got angry with me for being frustrated that they didn’t follow up as promised.
