I was struggling with getting mail across the border now that new rules have been implemented. The service rep was expert level. He was also helping an older couple at the same time with their passport pictures. His patience with these non-english speakers was extraordinary and they got their task complete. The location was nice but parking was a challenge so if you can get dropped off that would be much easier.
Perfect Postal annex for people on the go. Very cool owners were able to help me out in a hurry and very trustworthy. You can’t get service like this at the post office or any of the big franchise FedEx or UPS stores. These guys have my business.
Staff were so good, had to ship a parcel back home to Australia and they were fantastic, so helpful. Thanks
