Always willing to help. Great attitude and friendly personnel
Terrible service. I sent a package 10 days ago. I called the postal annex and the manager told me to call the post office because they picked it up. The manager was rude and not willing to help at all. The postal annex website does not even work their domain expired and yet on the receipt the highlight the website to track your package. Save yourself the time and headache and just go directly to the post office.
