Rapid repair but removed my screen protector and said it had to come off because they heated the phone. Then tried to upsell me a new screen protector. I just installed a new screen protector the night before! I searched Grok and they confirmed an upsell was attempted!! When I pushed back the tech, who was respectful and charming, put on a cheaper but adequate protector. Beware of this shop. Make sure you can install a new battery without loosing your screen protector!!!.there’s many repair shops to choose from. All the same... read more
