All I need is my mail – Sometimes I have a card in my box indicating a package has arrived, so I take it to the desk and the manager/owner looks at me as if to say: "What do you want now?" I've been here nearly two years so maybe they're tired of me. But all I want is my mail. That's what I pay for, and that's all I need from them.
Poor customer service/dishonest practices – I went to Post Tel this afternoon after finding them on the internet and learning of their 75 cents per pound rate for paper shredding. The staff was kind, friendly, and helpful, and took care of my document shredding needs. I also had two suitcases that I was planning to take to FedEx/Kinko's to ship.
