This is my 4th time closing on a mortgage and 1st time with Post Road. I'd imagine people had great experiences with pretty simple single family homes. However, I buy multi family homes which has a little added complexity (but not much). But this is exactly what I'm paying a lot of money for. The attorney seemed like he wasn't prepared or it was his first time or something.
