Found this shop through Costco repair discount program. Took in our 2008 Toyota RAV4 for parking brake that wasn’t working at all. They lifted the car up and showed me all the parts needed due to rust and gave me a reasonable estimate. It will be a major work and not sure if we will go forward with it or just sell the car at this point due to the car being so old. I offered to pay for the time they took to diagnose the car but they refused. I appreciated the honest diagnosis and transparency.
High quality work, excellent prices, honest and I wish I found this shop 20 years ago!!
