The trailer I live in has no water at all
Worst management ever! Slum landlords who just collect rent and do not enforce the rules... My elderly mother and her neighbors are harassed by her ex-con neighbor and management does nothing! Claims they are "trying" to evict him, but it's been years.... considering a lawsuit... Property is owned by Baldwin in New Hampshire... absentee landlord who does not have proper representation in the state of RI.
Nice place
We have lived here for 3 years now and are very happy here. We are a quiet elderly couple who live on the outer edge of the park, so we are happy and content here.
