My shoulder was a mess! I couldnt do anything with it. Rich started very slowly , gave me exercises to do at home and slowly my shoulder came back. I still have work to do but he is very knowledgble and easy to work with and im thrilled with my progress. Its a small room to work out of but it works. Highly recommend.
Richard completely fixed my shoulder problem within one month he was amazing and a great dude everyone should come here with any physical problems they are having because Peter and Richard really know what they are doing.
I am recovering from torn rotator cuff surgery & bicep tenosynovitis repair.
