Been going to see Rich for a couple of months and the difference is huge. He taught me how to isolate the muscles that were the issue and strengthen them. I even got a script from my Dr for another issue and honestly the fix was so easy I feel kind of stupid for not figuring it out myself. But Rich is a total expert and he knows his stuff.
Rich provides excellent physical therapy treatment. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and informative; he’s part anatomy teacher, part coach. Rich is supportive and understanding, too. He knows PT routines are challenging outside of the office and he’s always ready to offer helpful suggestions about recovery. I highly recommend POST, and highly recommend working with Rich. Great choice by Peter Stone to hand the POST baton to Rich Long.

I cannot say enough good things about Rich Long at Post Physical Therapy. He is knowledgable, skilled and incredibly thoughtful. My daughter felt supported and, within 4.5 months of her ACL reconstruction, she began to resume running. (On average, women return to run 7 months post ACL surgery.) Rich played a key part in her recovery and we are grateful. Also, he recently took ownership of the practice and I have already noticed improvement (e.g., billing questions). Highly recommend!
I was recently in physical therapy at Post PT with Richard Long. He is a kind, knowledgeable therapist who takes his time to make sure you feel comfortable and your questions are answered. I would highly recommend him!
