I paid my card off from over a 2k balance only to have my credit limit dropped from 4400k to 400 dollars with zero explanation. Then I had a 25 dollar that was turned into collection while i waited for a closing balance statement. This company makes it extremely hard to make anything but the minimum payment via phone. Not a very nice way to treat an l00% Disabled Veteran. I would not recommend this credit union to anyone.. Stay clear!
Refinanced my auto loan with them and made every payment on time for 3 years. They will not work with you if you face sudden financial hardship. The relief was a joke to apply for and you’ll get denied for “not providing documents” even tho you sent them. They’ll repossess your vehicle and auction it off instead of offering a payment plan. THEY WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU!
Avoid these people! First they set up my account and sent my debit card to my old address and never let me know until a month later, they don’t offer auto courtesy pay, they do NOT listen I opened the account a month ago and told them it was for my pension which would deposit starting 8/27 then they closed my account saying it was 120 days when it has only been 30 days, they have huge fees for OD and I am sure this is how they make their money, every one I talked to was extremely rude, you cannot even change a phone number w... read more
Warning to stay far and wide away. My husband is retiring after 20 years in the military, and we chose to go back to the home-state where our support system is. Our previous home is already sold. We relocated and took all the relocation actions because we thought we were being taken care of. We are without a home because of their incompetence and all trust for them is gone.
