I gave them $3000 to fix my engine on my 2009 in 2022, they flooded it. They tried to get me to pay $6000 more dollars for a refurbished engine and said they'd "wave the labor costs". Finally settled for a $2700 trade in on my engineless car for a 2022. During one of the servicing visits they put the oil cap on wrong and tried to tell me my fairly new car had a rear main seal leak. Zack our service advisor was too notch customer service. Preston our mechanic had a wonderful smile and was very knowledgeable. These two deserve a pay raise!
I went in today for an alignment, and waited over 6 hours for my car to be finished and the service advisor told me it would be done in close to 2 hours. The delay made me late to work and had to cancel other plans for the day. This is the worst experience I have had in any service department at any Toyota dealership. Will never be back to this dealership for any reason, most unprofessional and uncaring service staff I have ever met. Absolute 100% do not recommend coming here!
