Unprofessional. Lack of knowledge. No morals.
Meredith has to be the WORST travel agent to own such a title. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS and she lacked the patience needed to deal with people looking forward to traveling when travelingcan already be hected. She had a bad attitude and never responded to emails or phone calls in a timely manner. Not only that, but she made my WHOLE family pay the trip off a week prior to what we already agreed on JUST because SHE was going out of town smh.
