I bought a truck from them within two weeks the torque converter grenaded. Then after that was fixed the motor blew. They didn’t tell me it was throwing codes nor any issues. When I asked if it had been checked out by a mechanic they said yes. The trans fluid was low. So was the oil. Plus wasn’t the right oil. Everytime I tried to talk to someone all they were worried about was there money and when I had payment never once offered to help.
Best car dealership experience I’ve ever had. Friendly staff who genuinely seem to want to find the right car for us, very relaxed and no pressure whatsoever. They even offered to let us drive one of their cars to go look at a different car we were considering somewhere else. We ended up buying my daughter‘s first car with post Falls motors. Great experience!
I bought a 2015 for f150 in February 2025. The salesmen was fantastic until the end. I asked for them to look at the ac at the end and they said we already took 1000 dollars off come back when it gets hot and we look at it. I had the ac looked at and several issues was wrong with it. Plus the car reports said it was looked at? Not sure what's going on but I'd defenly not recommend this place if they have that attitude. Also I'm afraid to go back because I dont want anything else to go wrong to my truck.
I had a good initial experience and was given a fair trade in value. I didn’t appreciate that a truck that was posted was given to the owners friend when I had prepared to bring in a cashiers check today to cover a full sale. Don’t post vehicles to the public you already are planning to give to your friends
Great experience with the crew buying a truck. Low pressure sales, easy to work with, fun to connect with throughout the process. Highly recommend!!
