Hassle free and no pressure what so ever. Ended up buying a 2012 Toyota Tacoma from Post falls motors. After having it for exactly one week I noticed a leak coming from the CV AXLE and called Trevor. He stuck to his word and made everything right even if he didn’t have to. They came to my house 3 hours away and picked up the vehicle and fixed the issue plus more. I normally do not buy my vehicles from a dealership. But I found one here and decided to give them a try. I have to say, I was very impressed. They were very professional and eager to work with me. I had a very good experience with these guys! Highly recommended!
Beware, these guys are not honest salesmen. They sold us a jeep, which we've done nothing but pour money into it to keep it running. In addition they took our Honda CRV which was immaculate and newer in trade. We should have been leary when they were in a rush to complete the deal and the salesman kept his sunglasses on the entire time inside. We had problems the minute we got home, and called them, they said keep in touch to let them know what was going on, and they wouldn't answer our calls again. BEWARE!!
We purchased a used truck from Post Falls Motors that had a very unexpected issue on the first day. Post Falls Motors went to great trouble and expense to correct the unexpected issue without question. We were impressed with the purchase process but were blown away at the way they handled our issues. VERY Trustworthy people. Thank You!
