We had a great experience with the team at Post Falls Motors. We were never able to finalize a deal. Even after a mistake, they bent over backwards to make things right. If they have a vehicle in their inventory that you like, they will treat you right.
Friendly, straightforward, the buying process was super quick, great to work with, didn't push the sell. Definitely should check them out.

I had searched for a few weeks and dealing with the haste of finding, calling a dealership and dealing with salesmen. I found a vehicle I was interested in, called the dealership and requested a time to look at the vehicle. I DREAD the dealership experience and this was ANYTHING but. HORRIBLE RIP OFF COMPANY! DISHONEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! They sold my mother a truck that has so many issues. She has medical problems and needs a reliable vehicle to get to doctors appointments and they knew this. They talked her into an expensive truck and she drove it two days before it broke down. They recommended taking it to their mechanic which said he couldn’t find an issue so she took it to a different mechanic which found a lot of issues.
