I have lost trust in Post Falls Family Medicine after being a patient (as well as my spouse/kids) for 3 years. I am not one to do reviews, but this situation warrants one. At my annual "med check" appointment, I thought all was well, and my meds would be refilled. Today, my pharmacy was unable to fulfill one of my rx's due to "needing a med check." I contacted PFFM and a nurse left me a voicemail indicating that I ONLY DISCUSSED ONE of my rx's at my med check. Why in the world would I do that??? It is not the patient's fault... read more
