Bought a truck there.Excellent truck.Good place to go
They do business right. Vehicles are as described. Only thought to improve...I do wish they would give even more info, such as drive, eng, body, etc. They used common sense, were fair and took care of costumers. Both side (seller and bidder). Everyone was nice. The office folks knew there stuff and Cameron (hope I spelled it correctly) is awesome, took my calls and worked as an awesome mediator. Will do business with them again. Consider selling through them instead of doing it my self. Respectfully, Dave
What an AMAZING company to do business with! My experience could have been so horrific, but they were so wonderful, helpful, and all around accommodating, that I will be referring everyone I know to them. I purchased a vehicle through the auction, immediately upon driving it, discovered a low power issue with the vehicle- though it could be argued that this should have been caught and notated on the under 40mph test drive, I didn't even have to make that argument. Well, we bought a rig that wouldn't start. The staff was very helpful and friendly, even worked on the truck with us for a couple of hours. No luck though.
We've purchased here before. The vehicle information they give you online is fairly accurate. The facility is awesome, clean and the staff is very friendly. They are willing to help guide you through the process. Get there early and you can view the auction vehicles to see their true imperfections. Will continue to be a fan of Post Falls Auto Auction.
