Nothing but the highest praise for Post Exchange Catering. From the first phone call to clean up, they were easy to work with and very professional. Arrived on time and set up quietly and efficiently. Space was immaculate when the finished. Every guest at our 150 person event raved about the food anthem efficiency moving through the Italian buffet line. Many said it was the best tiramisu they ever had! Thank you for making our banquet a success!

We had Post Exchange cater a gathering of 30 people. From the first phone call to menu planning to the actual night of the event, they were very responsive and professional. Food was fresh and delicious, and several guests asked for their contact information so they could call them in the future too.
I just wanted to thank you for all of your help with our event yesterday. We had nothing but positive remarks about the food. Everyone loved it! Brian and Yvette (not sure I spelled their names correctly), were wonderful! Very helpful, friendly and attentive. THANK YOU SO MUCH for helping making our event a success!
Appalling! Several hairs found by multiple employees in the steamed veggie tray. Does your staff not wear hair nets when preparing food? Makes me question if you even wear gloves when preparing the food. Not sanitary, not recommended.
