Just canceled my paper. Way too many issues with billing, delivery and very poor customer service. Put paper on hold for 30 days because on street replacement. Said I would get credit, did not. Paper started, got 1 paper and carrier quit. Paper stopped with no notification. They do not care about paying customers.
