Extremely happy living here! A great place to call home
love my apartment and the office and maintenance team!
They knowingly use appliances in their units that are terrible, per their own maintenance staff. But since they “function as designed”, there’s nothing they can do. If you want the cheapest accommodations and features while paying typical Alexandria prices, Post Carlyle Square is the complex for you. The location has been great, which is the only reason for the second star. Follow up. I sent a email as they asked in their reply to my initial review and did not get a response. That’s how much they care.
Our maintenance technician Bobby Williams did a great job repairing glass that shattered in our dishwasher. He left the dishwasher with a brand-new appearance, and it was clean and ready to use. Bobby fixed our dishwasher the day before Thanksgiving, and we can enjoy our kitchen during the holiday. Thank you, Bobby! We are grateful for you.
