Location is nice but management struggles to maintain the property. The elevator is out of service more often than it’s operational and air conditioning for the entire building frequently breaks during the summer.
I was at work when I got the notification my sensor battery was low and maintenance was coming to fix it. I have a small trash cabinet in front of the water heater door with coffee mugs and things on top. I always move it ahead of planned maintenance so it’s not a bother to the MAA team. Obviously I didn’t have notice to do so this time. Well the maintenance person came in and did the work, making sure to replace the trash cabinet exactly as it was found and all my mugs were safe and in order. Nate Duncan provided professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient service on apartment maintenance.
Maintenance don’t be playing, it’s never been over 24hrs to have my issue fixed. Shoutout to Nate for easing the anxiety of my toilet not flushing on command. Imagine not being able to have company because you have a 4-step process to flushing the toilet! All good now!
