10/15/2025 update: My husband calls it my “pillow fiasco,” and I thought I broke the washing machine Maintenance (specifically Bobby Williams) checked everything and made sure it was in great shape. He kindly explained that pillows hold a lot of water and can throw the machine off balance. Excellent service. I’ve lived at MAA Carlyle Square for almost 3 years and the quality of life here has been amazing. The office and maintenance staff are kind, helpful, and attentive. Service requests are always handled quickly and communication is clear. My neighbors are friendly, the community feels safe, and the events and opportunities offered here are a nice bonus. The location can’t be beat, with Old Town, two metro stops, and the train station all within walking distance. Even our cat, Haven, loves being a MAA Carlyle Square resident! ... read more
