Karina is extremely organized. We could tell that she was methodical in preparing the paperwork for us on apartments would work for us. She introduced us to self tour and that was awesome. She was so cheerful all the way and she is the type of person who makes people feel welcome.
I have been disappointed lately with the maintenance and cleanliness of the development. It appears the cleaning crews hours have been reduced, the cleanliness is not what it used to be, the carpets in the garage level elevator areas haven't been cleaned in a very long time, the putting green in. the courtyard is constantly in disarray (the tenants with kids just trash it and then leave it that way). The staff overall is still friendly but I've definitely seen a decline in the up keep.
After living at MAA Carlyle Square for a year, I can honestly say I’ve had a great experience. The community is well maintained, and the staff has been exceptional. A special thank you to Michelle in the leasing office and Johannes, the concierge, for always being friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They truly made me feel at home!
