Everyone was very helpful and caring. I really loved the therapist. They were all very thorough with me and made sure I was able to reach my expectations. I enjoyed my entire stay here. Every person that walked in my room while I was a patient here was friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend warm springs to anyone!
The physical therapist were great for what little time you saw them per day. I was told that 2 hours per day is better than a nursing facility. The food was awful. The case management obviously didn’t know their jobs well. They told me several times my insurance would not pay after Medicare. Had to get the insurance company on the phone to tell them.
Words cannot express how wonderful and caring the staff is here ❤️ . Outstanding professional care while making me feel like I was with a new family. Our highest praise, appreciation, and thanks to everyone here.
