Overall, my week here has been very productive. I needed to get some strength back and learn some new skills to be able to function safely at home alone. That was definitely accomplished. The entire team here is friendly and efficient. I had a great experience during a difficult time. Shae, Rebecca, Kim, Sadie, Raven, Brian, and Andres always went above and beyond to help me with my recovery. They were a "breath of fresh air" in the midst of my hardship. They did an awesome job making me as comfortable as possible. I felt like more than just a patient. It's refreshing to encounter such positive energy at a healthcare facility. Keep up the good work!!
Avoid this business. While the nursing staff, medical assistants, occupational therapists and physical therapists do their best, they are constrained by the arrogance of the doctors and administrators. The doctors and administration here caused my husband to need an additional surgery because they refused to read X-ray results for a week that showed a fracture in his foot.
