If you can get passed the administrative staff and get an outpatient appointment, the outpatient PT and OT therapists are top notch. Unfortunately, the administrative staff along with their leadership act as incompetent gatekeepers. You will likely spend hours following up with the administrative staff only to become stressed and frustrated with their lack of follow up and attention to detail.
