While the nursing staff, medical assistants, occupational therapists and physical therapists do their best, they are constrained by the arrogance of the doctors and administrators. Most of the staff was real good. The staff for pt were real aggressive and I feel like they were real rude . One went as far as telling my wife she could have me committed to a senior home which was way out of line telling me I was not talking to you I’m speaking to your wife. Crossing a line for me. Also the desk kept speaking over the intercom all day not allowing me to rest all day saying help needed in other rooms. My father in law is currently a patient and I wish I had read the reviews before the hospital transferred him. As many have stated the rehab therapists are great. The night shift nursing staff is horrible. They told him that he needs to stay an extended amount of time or he would be leaving AMA and his insurance wouldn’t cover the bill. My wife got that all sorted today and they were very apologetic and came to a solution acceptable to everybody.
