I would not recommend this facility and would strongly suggest families steer clear if timely communication and follow-through matter to you. Despite having signed off treatment plans since the second week of May, therapy still has not started. We have repeatedly been told they are waiting on the doctor’s signature, despite the signed paperwork being faxed multiple times. Staff is amazing friendly and they make you feel comfortable and part of the family Staff. Keep up the amazing work warm springs family.
I come here for pain management of my neck. Staff is very nice, the communication is very good. I just wish they would analysis a personal situation just a bit more before administering pain injections.
The wound care team here is top tier. The compassion and care I received from the team far surpassed my expectations. Shay, Kimberly, and Andres are wonderful employees/nurses and should be recognized for providing care that was above and beyond! Blessed to have crossed paths with them during a less than wonderful time with my health issues.
