This is a continuation of a prior review, my husband was discharged to his elderly mother without my consent due to me been out of town working the day before his discharge his mother showed up acting as if she was going to be able to care for him .. when i was the one in charge of his care, i was waiting for case manager to provide list of the next inpatient neuro rehab facility my husband can go to and was never called and when i attempted to call then they refused to provide anymore info to me as if i was a stranger sayin... read more
This place is the best for anyone needing rehabilitation. You could never ask for a better staff and facility.
The therapists and caseworkers were wonderful. I am very grateful to Brea,Miguel, Jasmine and our caseworker Bella for all their hard work. However, we got no family training whatsoever. As we were leavin I asked the nurses at the desk, "What do I do about transportation to my loved one's doctor's appointment this Monday ? What do I do about getting help when I'm at work." All the staff I met were really great.
My experience with PAM Warm Springs Westover Hills was the best! The staff were caring and always listened to my concerns. Everyone from the front desk to the Physical Therapists were professional. The facility was nice and the aquatic therapy was a bonus!
