Dirty venue. The rudest staff I’ve ever dealt with. I’d rather have my wedding in Hades
Please ignore the review by the woman named Sandy. The staff and venue were lovely. It was clean, beautiful, and we had no issues. She is upset about something unrelated to the venue and is not being truthful. As a family member of one of the people getting married, I can assure everyone that we heard no complaints and people had a great time. Thank you to the staff for doing you job well.
Lyssa and her team are FANTASTIC. They are very communicative, setting clear expectations, and made us feel so comfortable during the entire wedding planning process. They shared numerous resources that made planning very clear, and the 90 day and 30 day meeting help reduce our nerves tremendously. Day of every team member was professional, friendly, and very helpful to every guest. Friendly staff, beautiful venue. Definitely need to think through traffic flow but the staff do an excellent job helping with this. You will need a dj or someone with a mic to get guests to move from upstairs to downstairs and back up. There is no elevator for people so if you have handicap guests this becomes a problem. There is a service elevator. Bridal party has to either come up the main stairs or the back stairs from outside to walk down the aisle. Staff is really helpful.
