So rude and no empathy. Half the session was good, but then got lectured on how important it was for me to do all these things I already knew I needed to do following a hospital admission. Honestly not helpful having someone say how concerned you are and not advise a plan. Find this whole service a waste of time.
We took our 7-week-old daughter to Possum Cottage, where the staff demonstrated a settling method that involved gradually soothing her to sleep. While we found that part helpful, we were also advised to leave her in the room unattended, with reassurance that if she became upset, the staff would hear her and let us know.
