I can only assume that the negative reviews here do not relate specifically to Balmore Surgery, which is now based within this health centre, alongside other services. Balmore Surgery itself is fantastic. From the receptionists, through nurses to doctors. It can be a slight challenge to get through if you want a same day appointment but I have never not managed to get one when needed, not once. Absolute joke be phoning since 8am finally gets through at 8.38 for them to tell me there is no appointments left told me to phone on Monday but if I don’t get through first thing won’t get an appointment. JOKE OF A PLACE
My daughter went into the dental department today for an appointment they wouldn't see her unless she paid £50 for check up as they are only taking private patients, is this right?
