Called Dr showcats surgery 11.20 put on phone system number 7 in line got down to number one was kept in line while they closed for lunch kept going till 12.30 realise they away for lunch while keeping folk online get your phones and surgery order could have been an emergency
This review refers to my experience today & only regarding call back. I just waited 1 hour 20 minutes to request a doctor call back. In that time my call was cut off twice. Finally when my call was answered the young man on the other end couldn’t seem to hear me. Nothing wrong with my phone. He kept saying hello as a question after each time I told him my name.
