I am extremely disappointed with the POSS team. This was hands-down the most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a service company. They sent a young electrician who was clearly unlicensed—he spent the entire time with his AirPods in, completely ignoring me unless it was to try to upsell me on unnecessary work or suddenly raise the price. I’ve used Poss Electric more than once, and unfortunately, my most recent experience was no better than the first. First off, when you call Poss Electric, you don’t get a licensed electrician showing up. Instead, I had a young technician who came across as unprofessional, both in behavior and appearance, including a very strong odor of marijuana—definitely not what you want when someone is working on your home’s electrical system.
