Always open when they say they are open friendly great support
Wayne was nice at first, but I had a few problems and the more I needed his help the more surly he became. And very very distracted over his many other ventures he was pursuing. I tried to brush off how he treated me, but even months later his poor attitude stayed with me. He acted like he was doing me a favor by me spending thousands of dollars. "I stand by my work!" while my pool pump was leaking which was caused by Wayne. I hope nobody else experiences what I did. He is not professional.
I called to inquire about a particular filter needed for my pool Hayward CS100, I asked the lady over the phone "what price is that going for today," she replied, "the same price it was going for for yesterday and the day after that, but let me check." I hung up the phone. That's no way to talk to anyone let alone a potential customer. Do yourself a favor go to another store and let this one go out of business like the rest of the small family businesses with bad customer.
We have been using them for years! Wayne is always dependable, trustworthy and knowledgeable. We really appreciate him and his team and would recommend them to anyone who needs pool care or supplies.
Posner pools is amazing. Service and customer service at its finest. Christina and Wayne are absolutely a cut above. Would highly recommend them for your pool needs. 5 stars all the way!
