So i will say they honored my warranty on my truck but it took 5 months plus to fix the job due to a bad engine core and somehow my trans got damaged. Thank god my truck was paid off . They did give me a loaner which was awesome. My only thing i wish the communication was better . Wouldve been nice to get a complimentary oil change or some floor mats for the long wait which was brutal.

The Service part/Mechanic area is horrible they do not pick up calls. I called multiple times. The customer service sucks here. They just do not care here and all they do is fix the problem for the moment and you have to be back multiple times. All they want is for you to come back a waste your money again.
Do not listen to the people that tell you to go to cheaper places for service because dealerships are too expensive. The money is worth it qt this service department. Stefanie and the team saved my family from losing the only vehicle that we can all fit in. We were in extreme financial distress ! my battery light was on but I knew something else was on beca we had previous issues . I took it to the service department and they discovered that my vehicle needed a new engine and my warranty tried saying it was my fault to avoid... read more
