Provided an FCA report full of errors (and a defamatory statement) regarding my daughter - upon trying to get it fixed I was handballed from one person to another without any progress for 2 months. After asking for a copy of the amended report to prove it was fixed, was advised that I'm not an "authorised person" to see the report I was defamed in because they have processes to follow.
