He was very kind and supportive, and really took the time to help me with everything I needed. I truly appreciated it. Unfortunately had a less than favourable experience with Posity and I do not recommend them. We had originally engaged for my adult son for the purpose of a home & living assessment (SIL/ILA) and were provided with an FCA. At the time of initial enquiry with intake, I explained that we already had a FCA and didn't require an additional one. The OT finalised the report and explained that there is no such thing as a H & L assessment. I wish this had been advised at the time of enquiry. I travel, albeit not that far, but to see Bridget is worth it. She’s been working with my son since he was just months old and he’s now 2.5 years old and Bridge feels like part of the family. Not only is she an incredible OT, she’s so friendly, warm and supportive and I’m so glad we found her.
