We have had our solar for many years. We got a call after about 6 years to say there was a problem with our inverter. Someone came to have a look at it, and within about 20 minutes, the installer had replaced the unit. No charge, no problem. Could not believe the excellent service. All along, have been very easy to deal with.

I got a 6.24kw installed back in 2014. Recently I encountered some issues and contacted the office and the team was super helpful and efficient in resolving the issue. Their customer service was top-notch.

Undeniable quality product and service. I chose Positronic in early 2024, but I had a few unforeseen issues impact my home's build time. All the while Positronic were patient, and able to honour the price and product as per the original quote. I first heard about Positronic when I was looking at systems around 2012. They had were active participants on forums discussing solar and were well reputed.
