Undeniable quality product and service. I chose Positronic in early 2024, but I had a few unforeseen issues impact my home's build time. Excellent service. Fixed my current system. Will definitely go with them when it's time to replace.
The whole experience from start to end was really good. Rick did the initial assessment and provided the quote. He was very patient in answering all the questions I had. The team arrived on time on the day of install and were very professional. There were existing ducts running from the electric meter. It would have been easy for the Positronic team to run another ugly duct, but they went an extra mile and ran the cables through cavity inside the wall. Really impressive. System was installed 15yrs ago and still going strong. Updated to a new inverter just recently. The guys did a great job, very neat, informative and left the site spotless clean. Can't recommend enough.
Positronic team successfully changed out my 64 REC panels as a warranty claim. The guys were polite, communicated well, took pride in their work and cleaned up at the end of the job after a big day in the sun. Just some of the reasons I'll always go back to Positronic.
