Pushy with vaccines. And will drop your children as patients for not getting their wellness visits on time, they always called when I was working and then I'd forget to get back with letting them know I couldn't make appointments at that time due to a lot of life going on. Didn't matter. Just released them from being a patient there. Weird! Plus they charge some weird membership fee of $25 per child.

Man I'll say, the pediatricians here have been great not a single bad thing I can say about the doctors in this office. However, basically every interaction with the front desk has been not great. I wish it was just like once or twice. Anytime it's something with insurance, they just tell us basically "figure it out" when every other office i've ever been to has helped you figure out if it's taken there. We were told to get an order for an EKG and weren't sure how to go about it, they said they would call us, never did. So w... read more
Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about this practice. We switched here when I was pregnant with my 2nd because I felt the lack of support from the one we were previously at, though the other one looked great on paper and said everything perfectly when I “interviewed”. Here they walk the talk. Their after hours has saved me from going to the ER or urgent care at least twice & I am so thankful for that. But not only that, they truly CARE!
