Man I'll say, the pediatricians here have been great not a single bad thing I can say about the doctors in this office. However, basically every interaction with the front desk has been not great. I wish it was just like once or twice. Anytime it's something with insurance, they just tell us basically "figure it out" when every other office i've ever been to has helped you figure out if it's taken there. Dr. Purman has truly gone above and beyond for our family. Our daughter was born three months premature and had a long, complicated NICU stay, so transitioning home came with a lot of anxiety and uncertainty. Dr. Purman and the entire Positively Pediatrics team are truly one of a kind. We happily drive from Clarkston because the care here is simply unmatched. Such a welcoming staff! Dr. Perman is amazing. After visiting a couple other pediatrics in 2020, I was so glad they opened so close by and were the perfect fit for taking care of our girls!
I absolutely love positively pediatrics! The doctors and NP are amazing. They not only make me feel comfortable taking my kids to them but they also make my kids feel comfortable when being seen. One of my daughters has been a bit accident prone and has been in the ED or Urgent care a few times since birth and Dr Purman is the first doctor who actually called me to check on my daughter and to see what he could do for us before we could even get in inside Hurley Hospital after leaving the stand alone ED in Fenton.
