Man I'll say, the pediatricians here have been great not a single bad thing I can say about the doctors in this office. However, basically every interaction with the front desk has been not great. I wish it was just like once or twice. Anytime it's something with insurance, they just tell us basically "figure it out" when every other office i've ever been to has helped you figure out if it's taken there. We were told to get an order for an EKG and weren't sure how to go about it, they said they would call us, never did. So w... read more
Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about this practice. We switched here when I was pregnant with my 2nd because I felt the lack of support from the one we were previously at, though the other one looked great on paper and said everything perfectly when I “interviewed”. Here they walk the talk. Their after hours has saved me from going to the ER or urgent care at least twice & I am so thankful for that. But not only that, they truly CARE! Dr. Purman has truly gone above and beyond for our family. Our daughter was born three months premature and had a long, complicated NICU stay, so transitioning home came with a lot of anxiety and uncertainty. From the moment we were discharged, Dr. Purman has been an incredible source of support through every hiccup along the way.
