Had my first massage after my morning workout. Went in feeling a little sore and had a light headache. By the end of the deep tissue with hot stone massage. I felt revived and ready to take on the rest of the day! Going hiking with the kids for the afternoon. Thanks to Michelle and the amazing work she does. I will be scheduling another appointment in the near future :)
